Let go of the guilt during your job transition/exploration.
It's normal to feel guilt during a job transition or career change exploration. For one or more reasons, you feel guilty because:
You want to leave a job while others don't have or can't find a job.
You feel you "are not pulling your weight" at home if you are out of a job.
You feel that you are disloyal to your current organization.
You are letting down your boss, co-worker, and/or customers.
It is not the right time because there is so much work to do.
You are unhappy in your current job and want something more.
You have applied and applied with no luck getting an interview.
You have a "good job," but you want to be your own boss.
The list can go on and on. Sometimes you will have to dive deep to work out why you are feeling the guilt. By letting go of the guilt, you will create the mental strength you will need during the ups and downs of a job search/career change. Take the mindset challenge to let go of the guilt
