GENERAL. By submitting an entry to 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways (“Contest”), brought to you by Love Your Mission Leadership Career Coaching and Consulting and Ligia L. Gutierrez, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these official Contest rules (“Official Rules”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the contest itself and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Ligia l. Gutierrez, whose decisions are binding and final. Failure to comply with these Official Rules or any instructions relating to the Contest’s specific rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. Participation constitutes the full and unconditional agreement of entrant to these Official Rules and Station’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

 

ELIGIBILITY. The contest/giveaway is open only to adults who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  The contest/giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable US federal or state laws and regulations or restricted by your country of residence. 

 

HOW TO ENTER. The contest/giveaway begins at 12:00 A.M. PST on Monday, December 6, 2021. The deadline to enter is 11:59 P.M. PST on each sponsored day. The contest/giveaway runs from December 6, 2021, to December 17, 2021. By submitting your contact information you agree to receive marketing emails and/or text messages from Ligia L. Gutierrez, Love Your Mission Leadership Career Coaching and Consulting.  You can unsubscribe at any time.

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS. “One” (1) potential winner will be “randomly selected from all entries” each weekday of the contest. There will be a total of (12) contest winners. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The winner each day will be announced on Love Your Mission Leadership Career Coaching and Consulting social media channels, however, an official notice will be sent to the winners via email.

The winner will be notified about their prizes via the email address provided on the Entry Form. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to accurately complete and/or submit any required Forms within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, refused, or declined, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and another potential winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible received, time permitting. In other words, if we can not get in touch with you by the end of the contest/giveaway, you forfeit your claim to the prize.
